About The CenterThe MCH South Dade Center in Palmetto Bay brings the professional expertise of Miami Children's Hospital to the residents of south Miami-Dade County.
Services offered include:
Urgent Care Center: After hours care for minor injuries and illnesses. Walk-ins are welcome. No appointment is required. Monday - Friday: 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Diagnostic and Laboratory Services: Radiology related services for children and adolescents, including MRI, Outpatient X-Ray, and Ultrasound. Call for hours.
Rehabilitation Services: Evaluation and treatment programs for children and adolescents, Weekdays: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Early Steps: Screening and treatment for children under age three with developmental delays, Weekdays: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Preventive Medicine/Health on Wheels: Community outreach program to area schools and child care centers, as well as safety prevention and community education programs.
Subspecialty Services: Specialty pediatric programs for children and adolescents.
